How to Use UMT QcFire Tool

  1. Download and extract the ZIP file to your computer.
  2. Install Qualcomm USB drivers. (QcFire won’t detect your phone without them.)
  3. Run UMT QcFire.exe as Administrator.
  4. Load your firmware by selecting the Program checkbox and browsing to the file.
  5. Boot your device into EDL mode and connect it to the PC.
  6. Click the Flash button and wait for the process to complete.
⚠️ Do not unplug your device during flashing — interruption may cause boot-loop or dead phone issues.
