How to Install & Use (Quick Start)

  1. Download the PFT v3.8 ZIP from your trusted source.
  2. Extract the archive to a single folder on your PC (avoid nested extraction).

  4. Run PFT-PhoenixFlash.exe as Administrator.
  5. Select Device Mode (Fastboot / EDL / META / MTP / Sideload).
