Typical workflows

How to install & use

  1. Download the ZIP and extract to C:\ (recommended).
  2. Run the installer / GSMAlphaTool.exe as Administrator.
  3. Install required MTK/ADB drivers if the PC doesn't detect the device.
  4. Connect the phone via USB (enable USB Debugging when required).
  5. Choose the operation (Read Info, Factory Reset, Flash via Scatter, NV Backup, etc.) and follow on-screen instructions.

Important notes & disclaimer

  • Always backup NV (NVRAM/IMEI) before performing write/erase operations.
  • Incorrect use of IMEI/IMEI-writing features can be illegal in some regions — restore original legal IMEI only.
  • Some operations (FRP removal, MiCloud disable) may not work on all models or may require specific preconditions (auth, testpoint, or OEM token).
  • Use this tool only on devices you own or have explicit permission to service. We’re not responsible for data loss or device bricking — proceed carefully.
