Ever felt stuck with a Unisoc phone that won’t boot, is FRP-locked, or refuses to reset? It’s annoying — and time-consuming — to hunt down half-working tools and forum hacks. The MRST Unisoc Tool is built to cut through that noise: a lightweight, technician-grade utility that handles unlocking, FRP bypass, firmware work, partition backups, RPMB operations and more for a broad range of Unisoc chipsets.
Below you’ll find what it does, supported CPUs, core features, and a quick how-to so you can get started fast.
What is the MRST Unisoc Tool?
The MRST Unisoc Tool is a single Windows utility designed specifically for phones powered by Unisoc (Spreadtrum) chipsets. Instead of cobbling together multiple apps, MRST combines the most-used service operations—FRP removal, SIM unlock, partition backup/restore, firmware read/write, RPMB handling and bootloader operations—into one streamlined interface. It’s popular with technicians and advanced users because it saves time and reduces guesswork.
Supported CPUs (selected)

These functions make MRST a practical all-rounder for Unisoc device servicing.
Typical Workflows
- FRP removal — connect device in the required mode, choose FRP module, run bypass.
- Full firmware backup — read all partitions, save a local backup before flashing.
- Flashing firmware — load the firmware package and write necessary partitions.

- If prompted, install Unisoc/ADB drivers (or skip if drivers are already present).
- Connect the phone (USB) in the required mode (Diag/Download/SPD mode depending on the operation).
- Select the operation (FRP, Backup, Flash, RPMB, SIM unlock) and follow the tool prompts.
Best Practices & Safety Tips
-
Always back up partitions before writing or erasing (EFS, NV, RPMB).
-
Use the latest version of the tool and drivers.
-
Verify your device’s exact model/SoC before running sensitive operations.
-
Avoid unofficial, suspicious download sites — use trusted communities or vendor channels.
-
Keep the PC stable (no sleep/updates) while flashing; use a good USB cable and port.
-
Note: changing IMEI or using the tool illegally is against the law in many countries. Use only for legitimate repairs and data recovery.
